 Does not work with my HP Photosmart C4780Jan 09, 2012

The product I got was from GO 4 SUPPLY, INC (greattoners).
When I installed it, the printer shows "problem with ink cartridge".
The contacts on the cartridge looked scratched or dented, so cleaning didn't help.
I inserted back the old HP cartridge, and there is not a single issue.
Sending this back for refund thru Amazon FBA.
Some buyers have no issues, maybe I just got a bad one.

For 2 months of using this product. I think it is acceptable printing quality for household use (eg. eticket, travelling schedule,google map ). The instruction paper came with told after replace this cadtridge,the computer might indicate low level of ink. It's a bit annoyed but no problem with printing out. In conclusion, it possibly alternative option for non-serious user who want to save 50+% from the genuine one.

Normally, my HP Photosmart D110 printer will work well with "refurbished" or non-HP brand inks. However, my printer immediately recognized this as a NOT authentic cartridge and refused to print. I ended up throwing it away.

Works just like a new one, but chapter. It does show low ink at first but after you reset it, its fine.
