Nice, quiet fanDec 10, 2011
By Kam14 I have used many of these fans in my computer builds. I recently bought some to replace the aging, now noisy, ones (not Antec) in my own computer. I usually leave them set to the middle speed where they are quiet and move a decent amount of air. The blue lights look great behind the grill in the front of my case. I also have one in the back. They help keep my computer running nice and cool. Highly recommend.

I bought this in 2005 & it still works fine with the light still on. I have my PC running mostly 24/7.
It is a bit loudMar 17, 2011
By M. Taylor The blue light is very cool and adds bling, but this fan is quite a bit louder than the 120mm TriCool fans. I have both installed in my PC and recommend the 120mm if it can be used. The air moved by this fan is not very good until you put the switch on high. At that setting though it will sound a bit like there is a bee flying near your computer.
A 120mm set to low will move just as much air as this fan set to high but the 120mm does it with almost no noise.
Before choosing fan size be sure to do a web search for "case fan template" to print out a page you can use to find the right size fan to match the screw holes in your case.
Final note: the screw holes in the fan are not threaded. You need a good phillips screwdriver and have to work pretty hard to get the self tapping screws into the plastic to install his fan.
