 Incompatible with HP P1102WJan 17, 2012

I purchased a set of 4 of these re-manufactured toner cartridges for my HP P1102W printer and immediately got an error message that these cartridges were not compatible with this printer. I suspect that the chip on the re-manufactured cartridge must not be compatible with the one HP checks for. I notified the provider (VivaMart) and they suggested I try another cartridge. I did, and got the same result. Also, files in the print spooler were locked in by HP. Using the normal "Cancel" command would cancel all print jobs except the first one, which somehow showed a file length of zero bytes, regardless of the file's actual size. I finally cleared out the queue using a set of system commands I found elsewhere. In summery: HP catches that these are not original cartridges, doesn't let you use them, and locks up your print spooler. I'm sure they'd rather have you pay $58 for one of their OEM cartridges instead of $35 for 4 rebuilt ones, and they appear to be enforcing that with their Wi-fi enabled products. Vivamart did respond professionally and immediately sent me a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

each carriage yields 1600 pages at a 5% page coverage same as hp's brand but cheaper will buy from them again great customer service and shipping is great fits the p1102w laser jet printer which i have

This is a good quality toner, works well with my machines. I am satisfied. It does not print 2500 copies per cartridge but it is satisfactory. I will definitely purchase this again.

Bought these just for the fact that you get 4 for just over half the price of a new HP toner cartridge.
They fit my HP P1102W printer like a glove. They also print just as well as the HP toner cartridge that came with the printer. Colors are very deep, dark & crisp. I would definitely get these again.

The cost price on these cartridges is one of the best prices on Amazon.com. This cartridge prints like new, only time will tell now how long it lasts.
