We purchased this toner cartridge with hopes of receiving a product that lived up to its reviews. Not the case here. The toner quality is very bad, I have experienced smearing on labels and every copy is very light. I have adjusted the print quality to no avail and I know it is not my printer because I had no previous problem and have since replaced the cartridge with a genuine HP cartridge and I am back to great quality copies and no smearing. Don't bother you'll save a few bucks but the trade off in poor quality doesn't pay.

Don't ever buy this product.
It does not save you any money because the toner only lasts for 50 pages of printing.
It's also noisy when printing. Some of the good reviews here could have been posted by seller, so don't trust it.
I bought this product 2 weeks ago and printed 50 pages. Not working anymore.
I am a college student and I have to submit a paper tomorrow, and the printer stopped working. DON'T BUY!!

I am very pleased with the quality of this product. Being a small business owner I'm always looking for ways to cut costs while maintaining the integrity of quality. The cartridges for my printer range from $70.00 up to $150.00. To have found not just a compatible product but a QUALITY product that is compatible with my printer is a great find. The supplier is very professional and I've never had a problem with shipments or the items being damaged during shipment. I will continue to order from this supplier.

This item appeared to be a great replacement for the OEM toner. After ordering it, it arrived quickly and the price was great. However, the toner cartridge printed only three pages that looked fine. Then it stopped printing the center of each page. So, those were three very expensive pages. I would highly recommend that everyone stay away from this replacement cartridge. Use OEM, or try another item, but not this one. Note. Several sellers are selling this same unit.

It did not work at all! The printer with this newly bought cartridge sent a message, "Unreadale cartridge, it may damage the printer", and only printed the firat and last letters of each line for the whole page. I am returning it for a full refund due to "defective item".
