This was an excellent purchase, very good price, and just as good of a quality print as the original toner cartridge. No problems, just pull out the ild one and put in the new one.

For such a product, there's not so much to say except it was the right item, it arrived on time, it was free of any apparent defects, and it worked. As a reserve cartridge, though, all I did was test it. Complete satisfaction is dependent on whether I get the approximate 5,500 pages of printing that I'm supposed to. Does it have the full supply of ink for its price? I, of course, haven't determined that. Until then, it just gets a 4/5.

I installed the printer cartridge and drum and quite honestly it is very noisy. It kind of whistles while it prints. It arrived very well packed and sealed. Maybe I have a bit of a dud. As to it's cost effectiveness, the price was really good, but time will tell. Don't know if the whistling will stop. Just as well I don't print as much as I used to.
