I purchased two cartridges for my HP Printer/Fax/Copier. The first one worked fine. The second one as soon as I put it in the machine toner started splattering on my printed pages. I took the cartridge out and cleaned off the drum which was covered in toner splatters and put the cartridge back in the machine and toner spilled out all over the printer. I contacted the seller for a replacement and they said they would replace it but I had to send the cartridge back to them first. I explained this is a business and we cannot operate without our printer, it did not good they said they send cartridges to people and they do not send to defective one back. Well maybe they should not sell defective cartridges. I bought a cartridge from another seller and I hope this one works. I don't do business with them again.

I bought this toner from this company before and didn't have a problem. Well now I have a problem with a toner spilling all over the inside of my printer, and toner showing up on the page where it shouldn't.
It's not rocket science. Who mickey moused this thing together?

ENTIRE PAGE PRODUCES A GREY FILM OVER THE PRINTED PAGES AS SOON AS PUT IN THE PRINTER. I REPLACED THE MAINTENANCE KIT THAT'S NOT IT. IT WAS THE TONER ***DO NOT BUY*** WILL GET YOU FIRED!

I was a little skeptical to buy this toner, but it was appr. $100 cheaper than the name brand version. I have been using it now for probably six months. I have had absolutely no problems with this cartridge. The ONLY difference I noticed was on draft print. This cartridge seems to be a little lighter than the original version. That was not an issue for me. It looks wonderful on normal print. I will definitely purchase another one when needed.
