We have an HP printer for our office and when we go to officemax the orignal cost $110 + tax. This cartridge last the same as the original one and for much less $.

We ordered two pairs of toner cartridges from this supplier - what we thought was the same generic quality as ordered several times before. None of these generate a rich black. It's all about a 75% gray output. One of the cartridges gives a dirty toner border down the entire sheet of paper along with the poor print quality. Really poor quality!

I have ordered HP compatible toner cartridges previously and been very satisfied, however, these cartridges did not perform to expectations. First cartridge printed every sheet with a faint intermittant black border on the left side of the paper. Second cartridge truncates the first or second line of type on every other printed page. It is very disconcerting. Will not reorder this particular non brand again.

Until now, I have purchased only HP toners for my office printers but given the significant price discrepancy, I thought I would try one of these refilled toners. The first one worked without issue. The second toner cartridge did not work at all. The printer kept reading the toner as empty. Given the price, it was still cheaper for the one working toner cartridge than to purchase a new HP cartridge but the flow of work was disrupted until one of my employees could physically go over to Staples to pick up an HP toner.

We thought our printer was going bad. Ran several tests then finally put the old cartridge in and it worked fine again
