I bought these refurbished ink cartridges from Genner Ink here at Amazon thinking I could save a few dollars. Wrong! When the ink cartridges arrived they were totally dried up and streaked with some milky white substance. I sent an email to Genner and was told that I would have to return the cartridges for a refund. I returned them at a cost of over $10 shipping. I had to write several threatening emails to get a reply and finally the price I paid for the ink was credited back to my account but the return shipping was not refunded. When I sent negative feedback through Amazon, Genner Ink called stating that if I would change the negative feedback they would send me more ink. I told them that I had already bought more ink but would change the feedback after I got their replacement ink and found it to be acceptable. They said I would have to leave positive feedback first and I said no way. End of conversation. Lesson learned - don't buy refurbished ink online no matter how many people say it's ok to do so.

compared to the full price of genuine HP inks, these refurbished cartridges seem like a reasonable deal. sadly, they are worthless, messy at install (they leak permanent ink), and the inks don't print properly for colors. It's just a sad, sad case of marketing a bad product.

These cartridges do not function in my HP Printer. Also, when you can trick the printer into using the cartridges, the prints totally suck! The colors are not as good as you would expect. DO NOT BUY THESE! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! Sent a note to the seller and they never got back to me.

I received the cartridges on time. They were tagged HP564, which is the proper cartridge number. When I attempted to put the black cartridge in my printer, none will fit. The ink opening is so much smaller than the one I have been buying from OfficeMax and Walmart. They will not work. One of the color cartridges had ink inside the plastic bag. It was leaking. Bad decision to buy this item. The printer uses five cartridges. I sadly bought two total replacements (10 cartridges). Do not buy these items. You are better off going to reputable office supply store. I had to get replacements at OfficeMax.

First off, this company had our correct address (in NY) and the product never came out of California, it went from city to city within Ca. and then they claimed was "undeliverable" After quite a substantial amount of time, I found this out and asked them to please upgrade the shipping since this was no fault of mine and they refused. They did resend it out. We literally got 7 good pictures from this ink and now every picture we are printing is faded and horrible. Don't try to save the money getting this refurbished ink, we are very disappointed.
