The item is really powerfull but needs an advanced cooling system to be supported, otherwise it might damage the motherboard

The Processor is FAST compared to the old one. It uses more power so it gets HOT but thats expected. With my old processor, things would be "ok", my windows index score was a 5.2 for processor, now its 6.6 and is a big difference. In Flight sim, I've double, and sometimes tripled the frames/sec from 40 to 80-130fps. My only regret is that it is HOT. I took off the covers under the laptop, and I'm running two "over powered" fans (5v usb fans with an 8v power adapter) to push more are over the under side, and idle I'm still 43-47 celsius (used to run 32, and got up to 45 under heavy use) and now I'll push 60. Other than that, I like it.

Although some motherboards can't handle this processor, it worked for me. A bit hot and power hungry, nevertheless it is pretty fast for a mobile Core 2 Duo.
