ok the item was in new condition and it was on time but when i opened it i realized it was to big for my computer n i tried returning it but they wont take it back. i think they should tell you before you buy that there is a no return policy if u open an item. now im stuck with a purchase that im not satisfied with. i'll never buy from this seller again
