So far...not so good!Apr 27, 2011

I like the concept of these cards, but I'm not sure they work so well. I purchased two of them. The first displayed random black squares, which flashed in various areas of my screens (and didn't stop). Then it blue screened my computer. I'm wondering if it does, indeed, have a heat problem -- even though my case is well ventilated. I was hoping to return the first card, but haven't heard from the seller yet (Electronica Direct).
Now, the second card is starting to act funny. I'm getting blue screens of death (BSOD) randomly and I'm starting to feel very uncomfortable with my choice. I'm using a very standard X58 motherboard with all other basic/standard components and Windows 7 64-bit -- a very clean install.
I think they're going back. I cannot afford this, as you probably cannot, either. Beware!
