How to Use a Suction Cup?
Instructions
Clean the surface you wish to apply the suction cup to. It won't adhere well to a dirty surface.
Make sure the suction cup itself is clean and free of any debris.
Moisten the inner rim of the suction cup. You can do this by wetting your finger under running water and rubbing it lightly it beneath the suction cup rim;
don't get it too wet. This moisture helps the suction cup adhere more readily to a surface.
Press the suction cup onto the window or other smooth surface you want it to attach to. Make sure you press it down all the way against the surface.
Release the suction cup slowly. This creates a vacuum effect inside the suction cup, allowing it to adhere. If it shows signs of releasing its grip, press it to the surface
again until it stays fast. Give it a gentle tug to make sure it is holding tightly.
Tips & Warnings
If a suction cup seems to be losing its seal frequently, it may just need a good cleaning. You can wash suction cups in warm soapy water.
Temperature and humidity variations may make a suction cup lose its grip. Don't use suction cups to hang heavy, dangerous or breakable items.

I purchased this product to attach my Iphone and use for a GPS while driving. The problem is the suction cup is so bad that it wasnt strong enough to stay on anything. I tried attaching it to everything and the suction wasnt strong enough to work with one thing. Avoid this product at all costs, its flawed.

Beware! Not strong enough to hold up my GPS for viewing. Cheap and flimsy plastic that broke in a few hours. Don't waste your money. Spend a little more. Buy a better quality product.

This has been one of my favorite on-line purchases, so far. I now can use my iphone for navagation and my iphone has completly replaced my Garmin. I have a GPS Drive Motion X app on my phone with voice and always up features that are every bit as good as my Garmin and now I don't have to pay for updated maps every few years to keep it current. This holder attaches with the suction cup to either the windshield or a dash mount that is not included. I love it and what a great price. I highly recommend this product. If you want it on your dash, you will need to purchase something to apply it to similar to what is in the picture.

This product was very flimsy. The suction cup does not adhere to anything for very long. Would not bother having it replaced.
