I have to give some positive feedback about Sophia Global. My printer doesn't "like" their cartridges still, but it's refreshing to know that a company actually cares! I figured out how to cancel out the "error" their cartridges cause, thus giving me a good performance from their cartridge. I would recommend buying a cartridge to try out for yourself and let me know if you have any issues! Maybe it's just my HP printer after all :)
Old Review:
It only works some of the time b/c my printer does not want to recognize it as being a fresh cartridge and it makes the printer become "unaligned". I will just go with the reliable (and unfortunately more expensive) HP cartridge. I gave this product a 2nd star b/c it was cheap and when it works, I'm glad.

Ordered new set of Sophia ink cartrides to replace ones that failed. Was later contacted by Sophia following up on the order. When I told them about the problem, they sent another set of cartrides at no cost. Great Service....

I've been having good results with this product, and I definitely like the price. The only problem is that the HP Printer Toolbox doesn't show the ink levels for these compatible cartridges, and there's no way of knowing if the cartridges were full or less than full when I installed them in my printer.

I would have given it five stars but the ink wasn't the best. However, I am only using it to print out items for my personal use and the price was right. This is great deal because I only print out things once and a while.
