Return Policy:

Product which is purchased from Ourstore.com must be returned unopened with a valid RA (Return Authorization) number within 10 days of order date to receive a full credit. Ourstore.com and its divisions, reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restock fee for any reason. Returns MUST be pre-approved by a customer service representative.

 

The following are NOT eligible for credit returns:

  • Plasma displays - unless there is a defect with the unit itself, or it is pre-approved by a customer service representative. 
  • All software products.

 

How to initiate a return:

  • Contact a Customer Service Representative by phone at 800-942-2120.
  • If an RA Number has been issued, the product must be received by us within 7 days of issuance.  
  • Please ship your product back including the RA form that was shipped with your product originally. Please reference the RA number on this form; this will assist us in processing your return quickly and efficiently. We advise that you return product using a traceable shipping method, such as UPS or FEDEX. We are not responsible for product lost in the mail.

 

Different Return Types:

 

o       Unopened Product Returns:

Ø      Available for Factory Sealed (unopened with original packaging) product only.

Ø      You have up to 10 business days from the date you receive the product to contact us for an RA number. This does not include Plasma Displays, LCD Screens, TVs, Computer Systems, or Software.

Ø      The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Ø      A full refund minus shipping will be issued once product has been inspected and approved.

 

o       Opened Product (Non-Defective) Exchange only:

Ø      Available for opened product that is not defective.

Ø      You have up to 5 business days from the date you receive the product to contact us for an RA number. RAs of this type will be issued as an in-store credit or exchange only.

Ø      A restock fee will be charged for all opened product. This fee will range from 15%-25% depending on the product being returned.

Ø      The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

 

o       Damaged/Defective Product

Ø      Available for defective product, excluding Plasma Displays, LCD screens or TVs.

Ø      You have 5 business days from the date you receive the product to contact us for a RA number.  RAs of this type will be issued a full credit or exchange.

Ø      We will cover return shipping costs and ship the exchanged product back to the customer at no additional charge.

 

o       Damaged/Defective Plasma Displays, LCD Screens, or TVs

Ø      If you receive a product and it has physical damage, you must refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.  We will ship out the replacement at no expense to the customer.

Ø      If you accept a product and then notice it has physical damage, contact us immediately and we will attempt to process an exchange from the manufacture.  This is solely at the discretion of the manufacture.
